CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT AND RECEIVE A REFUND?
Yes, you have the legal right to return your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your product. Return shipping must be arranged and paid for by you.
Please ensure your item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. Once we receive the item at our warehouse and confirm it is unused and in perfect condition, we will refund the product’s purchase value to your original payment method.
If the returned product shows signs of use or damage due to insufficient care while in your possession, we reserve the right to deduct compensation or refuse the refund.
This return policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
We offer a straightforward refund policy that meets UK consumer protection laws and WorldPay compliance standards:
- Physical products can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging
- Digital products and coaching services are refundable only if cancelled at least 72 hours in advance or if the product is proven faulty
- Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days
