Shipping Policy

At Mike Phelan Coaching, we’re committed to delivering your order promptly and professionally.


1. SHIPPING TIMELINE

Orders are processed and shipped within 4–10 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. In busy periods, please allow extra time for delivery. If delays occur, we will inform you via email.


2. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We can only amend your address during a short window after order placement.


3. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders returned due to incorrect address or failure to collect may be subject to a restocking fee.


4. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking confirms delivery but you haven’t received the package, we recommend contacting your local delivery provider or local authorities.


5. RETURNS TIMEFRAME

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unopened, unused, and in resaleable condition.


6. OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

If any items are out of stock at the time of purchase, we will either:

  • Hold your order until all items are available, or
  • Contact you to discuss alternative solutions.

7. IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

For international customers, any applicable import duties or taxes are your responsibility. These must be settled once your order arrives in your country.
